Files and pictures can be attached and viewed from any screen in the record. These attached files are conveniently converted to PDF when printing or archiving. Additionally, records, regardless of workflow type can be linked as child or parent records

Quick Access to Tasks and Assignments
From the launch window or with a single click, a user can return a new window populated with a list of tasks filtered by individual, team, or an entire department. A hyperlink on each task takes the user directly to the screen requiring the action or electronic signature.

Snapshot View of Record Status
A single screen displays the current status of an entire record, detailing the completed and pending sections. Not only may users view and access individual pages from this summary, but authorized users also have the ability to reset closed steps or reassign signatures.

Electronic Notifications
Users are always notified by email of their pending assignments and tasks, but only authorized individuals are able to view, edit and perform those electronic signatures.

Ad Hoc Reporting and Distribution
Analyze your data with an unlimited number of customizable reports that can be built and accessed within the application. Output formats include, HTML, Word, Excel, and PDF. Taking report distribution to the next level, users may schedule reports to automatically post to a website or be sent via email.
